Represent AccessLevels in the browser application

Hello,

is it possible to represent the AccessLevels, defined for the usergroups in AwareIM, dynamically in the browser application?

The intention is to let admins change access levels on the fly in the browser without having the AwareIM application published (e.g. if one field of a business object was changed from 'full access' to 'read-only').

So the wish is, that an administrator receives the same AccessLevels view in the browser like in the AwareIM configuration tool.

Every object that can access the system must be a member of the SystemUser group. Being a member of this group requires an object to have an AccessLevel attribute. Setting the value of this attribute controls what access level a particular user will have.

So admins can change the value of this attribute dynamically in a browser and thus control the access level of the user.

So, how do I implement this exactly?

Which URL does an admin open to set permissions dynamically?
The boss says: User-Group is not allowed to change attribute birthdate of business object client!
How does the admin set birthdate attribute to 'read-only' for the group users in the browser application???????

I am not sure now what you mean by setting permissions dynamically. Also what do you mean by User Group - all objects in SystemUsers group?

Normally if you want to protect an attribute you should use the PROTECT action:

PROTECT Object.Brithdate FROM ParticularAccessLevel
