My lastest application has a number of word docs - some quite complex in the details included (credit application form)

The users are complaining that quite of often the word document being delivered is not the document they requested ?? but a previous document they have viewed ??

This is the first time we hear about the problem and it's very hard for us to give any sensible reply based on the information provided. We need to be able to reliably reproduce the problem (if there is one) - we can't do this based on this info.
