I’m currently working on a system using AwareIM for the desktop application and FlutterFlow for the mobile application thru REST API.
I would like to add a messaging feature similar to the basic messaging functionality of WhatsApp. We don’t need all WhatsApp features—mainly the ability for users to:
Send and receive messages
View conversation history
Have one-to-one or group conversations
Receive notifications for new messages
Keep messages synchronized between the desktop and mobile applications
I’m interested to know if anyone in the AwareIM community has previously implemented or integrated a messaging solution.
Did you build it directly within AwareIM, use a third-party messaging service/API, or integrate another platform?
Any advice, examples, architecture suggestions, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
