Add to list button

I have set up a reference object and see where you can choose to have an "Add Item" button appear on this section of the form. I have added this successfully and get the list of available items with check boxes next to each item to select the ones to add to the list.

My Question: Is there a way to have this "Add Item to List" button bring up a Swap-Select Screen in lieu of the check box list?

You can use the Swap Select presentation option instead of the Table Of Items option for the reference attribute. The Swap Select control will be shown directly on the form so the user will not have to go to anther page to make a selection.

Is there a way to change the presentation of that

(a screen showing existing instances of the objects referred to by the attribute.)
so that it will display more that 20 items? I need to display 200 items to choose.

I found only how to make it in table of items presentation.

Oops. Its so simple. You have to define it in query. 🙂
