Entering licence on a runtime

Hi Support,

I have a runtime running as a service on win2003 server. I am going to have to enter a licence key soon. Am I able to do this by loging in as admin using loginOp.jsp or do I have to go and enter the key directly on the server.

You need to run productKey.bat on the server. If you can connect to the server with Windows Remote Desktop you can do it remotely.
