Creating objects from other objects

Hi Support,

I am trying to create records in an object using the following process.

If Patient.BalanceDue>0 Then
CREATE OverduePaymentLetter FOR EACH Patient

The idea is that the system finds patients with overdue accounts and creates an overdue payment record.

The above process is presenting a list of patients to select from. I do not wish to see a list ie the system should find balances>0 then create the OverduePaymentLetter without user interaction.

Some guidance would be appreciated.

1) Make sure the process has no input objects.
2) The first rule should be

FIND Patient WHERE Patient.BalanceDue>0

3) In the second rule you will probably want to initialize object OverduePaymentLetter with values from a particular Patient, for example:

CREATE OverduePaymentLetter FOR EACH Patient WITH OverduePaymentLetter.Patient = Patient
