Configurator tool remote files missing

What folders need to be brought over to a remote configurator tool client? I'm getting errors when trying to use custom design on a query that files are missing. Images / Kendo? Where do they go? The right side just displays a spinning cursor. Does not operate per the 8.6 video.

Even the Config tool on the server doesn't look right. It throws a warning that if remote, copy the Kendo library over, but then goes on to act like my client does, spinning cursor for the preview.

You are supposed to do a full aware install on your remote device.
You just will never actually start aware, you will explicitly start only the
Config tool.

Also, for what it’s worth, I always install on the default c:\awareim

I’ve never seen a path as you are using, and after the regular install, the config tool should start.
Then only needs tweaks to the UI config file, and possibly your hosts table

Done and still have same issue with same error dialog. After installing Configurator tool on remote client, I have to make some changes to the following files to point to the true AwareIM server (LWS-UTL-1). I don't beleive this is the issue. The error dialog points to directories that don't exist and not sure why.

Yes all works. Been working this way for years. Just never used custom designs on queries. I install server components as well on my client, still get the missing jpeg error and the preview does not work at all, even on the server. On the server is a message about copy Kendo folder to client if working remote. Neither server or client are working for custom build.

Wouldn't hurt to see some screen pics of the custom query.
And I asked for Build # - not just the version.
Vlad updated several "custom query" issues on the 2nd or 3rd build of 8.6

Using that custom query Builder is a bit odd because there was no real docs on it - just the video - and that only took a narrow path of options - but I know he improved some things based on feedback from me.

You'll need to show a bit more on how to reproduce the error you are getting with an image.

The error pops up when you select build, before you really do anything. Again, this is on remote configuration so if that’s not suppose to work (custom) , then I guess it’s a moot point. I’ll check build # shortly.
