License - Transfer

Kahuna

Hi Folks – just looking into working with IM and would like to get the Standard Version and play with it a while! Currently I am away from my development machine (in another office overseas) and have a couple of weeks before I can get back.

If I purchase the Standard Edition and install it here – can I later transfer the entire thing (including the license) to my development machine back home?

My target is to start and get my feet wet during this slack period but don’t want to loose out because I installed here and loose a license!

You can transfer both the license and your design work to another computer. To transfer your design work, export the configuration of the business space version on which you are working into a BSV file. This is done in the Configuration Tool. You will be able to import the business space configuration into Aware IM installed on another computer.

To transfer the license, please send email to support@awareim.com for instructions.
