Calc Months

Cant find any reference to this is the user guide:

Need to calulate a start date from current date minus number of months

ie current address, been there 24 months I want to be able to calculate the start date taking 24 months from current date.

Any ideas ??

To compare two dates you can use one of the DIFFERENCE functions, for example:

If MONTH_DIFFERENCE(Address.LastChangedOn, CURRENT_DATE) > 24 Then ...

To construct a new date based on a given date you can use DATE_ADD. For example, 24 months (2 years) from today:

DATE_ADD(CURRENT_DATE, 365*2)

You can also use DATE function and increase appropriate parameter:

DATE(CURRENT_DAY_OF_MONTH, CURRENT_MONTH, CURRENT_YEAR + 2)
