Kanban Boards

Hello, I am having issues using a KanBan report using Version 8.2 Build 2570. I’m really excited by the Kanban Board format but I can’t get them to display in some BSVs. Has anyone had similar issues please?

If the BSV is created from a sample application, then all seems to work fine but if its generated using "Create Blank Business Space" (Which is what I originally did for my actual app) then it does not seem to work.

I've attached two BSVs with a very simple example table TestObject and Kanban report KanBab2
• FromIssueRes.bsv (Kanban displays OK)
• FromBlankApp.bsv (Kanban does not display)

For each BSV Test Data needs adding to the TestObject. Three lines will do as follows:
Column Name Subject
A Subject1
A Subject2
B Subject3
Giving a board like this for "Kanban2" in each BSV:
Column A Column B (split by the value A or B in the ColumnName column)
Subject1 Subject3
Subject2

Looking in the HTML generated:
The page which does not work does not have these two stylesheets which are in the working page:

I’d wondered if its something to do with the VPs but copying VPs around does not seem to get the Kanbans to display.

i did not d/l your stuff
i created a new BO and Query,
and I cannot get it to come up.
I run my Kanban Query from my menu and the Tomcat output shows that its calculating a value, but
nothing ever appears on the screen.

Thanks Jaymer, That's the same behaviour I see from a blank BSV. What version of Aware were you using please?
