Hi,
I built a clinic software, patients can register throw website (AIM form loaded in iframe) and the activation done by administrator after that he can see all available doctors in date/time and he can make an appointment, so for patients they can only make appointment by clicking a button and also see some reports (history of appointments and some other grids).

My question: is every patient here considered as user in AIM so i he have to pay near $100 for every user ?

From what I understand only staff count as users. When last I asked a similar question regarding a school they said parents and pupils didn't count towards user numbers, only staff at the school.

I think this per-user cost only applies if your client (hospital/clinic/etc.) is hosting their own application, i.e it isn't hosted on your developer license.

I stand to be corrected, this is just from memory and my limited understanding.

idpSteve is correct - only staff members of the clinic need to be covered by the license.
