FIND Lead WHERE Lead.Email = REPLACE_PATTERN(REPLACE_PATTERN('Jaymer jaymer@yahoo.com', '^.<', ''), '>.$', '')
the following will delete everything from the beginning of the line up to and including the <
REPLACE_PATTERN('Jaymer jaymer@yahoo.com', '^.*<', '')
The second replace pattern (, '>.*$', '') will delete everything from the > to the end of the line.
I have not tested this, but I do not think you need to escape the < or >
I am not sure this will work in a FIND, try it and let me know.
