SuperAdmin cannot access SystemSettings

Hello,

I have an Access Level call SuperAdmin, it has Full Access to SystemSettings BO.
However when I run a report that needs to show some attributes from SystemSettings they do not display on the report. If I change the Access level to Administrator for a user that has the Access Level SuperAdmin, then the attribute display on the report.
The user can view and Edit the SystemsSetting with any problems.
Can anyone think of a reason why Access Levels other than Administrator do not have access to SystemSettings when used on a report?
Do I need to find the SystemSettings record because they do not have Administrator Access Level?
It was my understanding that the SystemSettings record was always in context....

I used to do that also Roger but about a year ago security was tightened and you can not longer do some things unless you are admin. ie.... cannot upload a version via the browser and quite a few others

Have you reviewed the Access Levels on the Document Templates, Reports?

I traced the issue to an element on the report that was concatenating several attributes from the SystemSettings BO to display an address, phone number and website URL. This long string had two attributes one with a carriage return and one with a comma. When I split the address out into individual elements on the report they displayed fine.
Looks like it was not an issue with Access Level after all.
