Passing RefParam, instead of actual BO. Not working.

I'm sure this used to work. But seems off to me in v8.1 bld 2467

Here is an HTML cell in a FORM where I'm adding a button.

Here's is the code after the button is added.

Here is the Logger.

It should have received an Offices Object, not a RegularUser Object.
The 851333 is the correct ID#. But I think its confused, esp. since it said "Value of attribute OfficeLicenseNum of object Offices could not be resolved".
That SURE should be able to resolve IF that BO was passed correctly.

I think its confused because the parm is named LIRU.ps_CurrentOffice

What BO does the Form display?

The BO shown in the Top Pic is RegUser.
On that screen, is the combo box for RegUser.ps_CurrentOffice
The Choices are dynamic for that Combo Box to show a list of Offices.
When the Combo Box is changed, it saves the form.

So, without a user changing any data, this screen comes up and there's a button to start a procedure based on that ps_CurrentOffice.
That Proc needs an Office. I'm sending it an Office via LIRU.ps_CurrentOffice. But no joy.

Can you have your process take RegularUser as input instead of office? Then using the RegularUser instance, FIND the office.

I probably could, but that ReCalc process was going to take Office as input so It could be called by a Parent task looping thru many offices. To get around it, I can make ANOTHER task in between, YES, but its just that I think this has worked in the past. I think its a tiny bug.

I have had numerous problems with LIRU as a parameter to a process before 8.1 (I think I first hit the issue in 7.x). To generalise my processes but still use the LIRU I generally have an intermediary step beforehand to isolate the actual BO that is needed.
