Bob
I have all the GnuWin32 utils loaded.
Here's some sed stuff you might appreciate... or not. At the end of this, its stripped a webpage and turned it into an importable CSV.
sed s:\x22::g File1 | sed s:"\ ":"":g | sed s:"
":"":g | sed s:"
":"":g | sed s!"License_id="!"\x22"! | sed s:"
<A HREF = /asp/info.asp?tag=":"\x22":g > pg1b
sed s:"
License Expiration Date\: ":"\x22,\x22":g pg1b | sed s:" - ":"\x22,\x22":g | sed s:" > ":"\x22,\x22":g | sed s:"

":"\x22\x0a":g | sed s:">":"\x22,\x22":g | sed s!" persons affiliated with license number: "!!g | sed s!"se_id="!"\x0a"!g > pg1c
cat reps.header.txt > File2
tail -n +2 pg1c | grep -v -e "FONT" -e "Salesperson" -e ">Next" >> File2
Anyway, that batch1/2 thing gave me an idea.
Cause I could do a cat from stdinput
EXECUTE PROGRAM "cat > batch.bat " + BO.field
I ultimately want to create this batchfile:
cd c:/Dfile/incoming
curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?tag=72617" > 72617.0
curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=1&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.1
curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=2&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.2
curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=3&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.3
EDIT: This will work as 1 line:
cd c:/Dfile/incoming && curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?tag=72617" > 72617.0 && curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=1&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.1 && curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=2&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.2 && curl "http://www2.x1.com/ASP/info.asp?NAV=3&function=sales&tag=72617" > 72617.3
