tford Notice that #1 on my post on that link shows the syntax like this: If Doctors IS NEW Then SEND OutgoingEmail TO Doctors (where Doctors is the name of an intelligent BO).
swiftinitpvtltd Thanks! That worked!! Now I am getting error which I will have to figure out. Unable to connect to remote host smtp.gmail.com- This is now fixed as well! First Email sent via aware IM. 😃
swiftinitpvtltd Now I have one more complex issue. In appointment I let user select a doctor. So the email needs to go to selected doctor. How do I refer to selected doctor in appointment BO. In tool the attribute shows as DoctorName: Doctors but when I do SEND OutgoingEmail TO Doctors.DoctorName its not letting me do that. Doctor BO contains email attribute and appointment has dropdown to select a doctor. My previous simple sendemail test worked for Doctors BO but in practise I need it for appointment BO where Doctor BO is referenced.

I want to send few emails to static string text email and not the aware IM objects. Guide says- SEND ReservationOfferEmail TO Reservation.Member Note that the receiver of the notification must be an intelligent business object with active communication channels. Now how to send it to static text without workaround?
