Context question - doubling id's

Hi,

I have BO "Invoices" and BO "Invoices_Series" (reference of "Invoices" with attribute: Current_Number)

Process:

ENTER NEW Invoices USING 'CreateForm'
INCREASE Invoices.Invoices_Series.Current_Number BY 1
VIEW Invoices USING 'EditingForm'

Rule in "Invoices" BO:

If Invoices.Series_Invoices IS UNDEFINED AND TYPE(LoggedInSystemUser)='Staff' Then 
FIND Series_Invoices WHERE Series_Invoices.Company=LoggedInStaff.Company AND Series_Invoices.DefaultSeries_Invoices='Yes' 
Invoices.Series_Invoices=Series_Invoices 
Invoices.SequenceNo=Series_Invoices.CurrentNumber

The issue:
Sometimes the Invoices.SequenceNo attribute gets duplicated values, like
a. "Invoices.Invoices_Series.Current_Number BY 1" is not working sometimes
b. context problem when 2 or more users are creating at the same time a record
c. Process is hanging

Does anyone experience such a behavior or have any clues how to avoid this?

Get rid of the BO Rule and do everything in the process.

PROCESS:

Rule 1:
FIND Series_Invoices WHERE Series_Invoices.Company=LoggedInStaff.Company AND Series_Invoices.DefaultSeries_Invoices='Yes'

Rule 2:
If SEARCH_COUNT>0 Then
CREATE Invoices WITH Invoices.Series_Invoices=ThisSeries_Invoices NO VALIDATION
Else
REPORT ERROR 'Default Invoice Series missing.'

Rule 3:
INCREASE Invoices.Series_Invoices.Current_Number BY 1

RULE 4:
Invoices.SequenceNo=Invoices.Series_Invoices.CurrentNumber

Rule 5:
EDIT Invoices USING 'CreateForm'

Rule6:
VIEW Invoices USING 'EditingForm'
