After migrating the AwareIm version in the server from 7.1 to 8.1 has brought many memory issues primarily while connecting to an incoming email account.
AwareIm server just consumes memory and it doesn't release memory.
We have tried clicking on 'Active processes' to release memory but it doesn't help. I am not sure if the issue is in ActiveMQ(refer to ActiveMQ thread to fix?).
I am not keen on touching rule for incoming email notification, as the issue has popped up only after server upgrade.
Secondly, the communication channel gets disconnected in a few days. As a result, we have to click on connect to email button ofter. Again, this has emerged after server upgrade.
Are these two identified bugs?
