Am I using DISPLAY URL wrong (from a Menu)?

Here's my main VP.
You are seeing TOP BAR (with the menu items)
NO Banner
and The MAIN Frame with 1 TAB
b a picture of John Talbott playing geetar[/b]

The Command attached to the TestVP button is DISPLAY URL.

You can see its set to Yahoo

In this setup, nothing displays when I click the button. It blanks out the entire R3 CRM frame.
If I use: (*) Open In Same Window Full Screen, then it goes to Yahoo - Aware is gone, no longer visible.

Did I miss something along the way that we cannot display other web pages inside content tabs?

What I'm really trying to do is display a single page web-page that I just created.
Using a "modern" editor, its "responsive" and utilizes "bootstrap".

I wonder if its compatible having a sub-webpage inside an Aware webpage...
one which ALSO uses jquery & bootstrap?
Could it be that this is confusing Aware/the Browser?

When I call my own Webpage, either from Importing a Custom URL or pasting in Static text HTML (see below), then the tab blanks out and the SPINNER comes up and hangs there spinning.
