Cancel Dialog Issue

I have html Approve button on a Presentation which has been working fine until recently.

This occurs in Chrome but seems to work properly in Firefox and Safari

Any suggestions for Chrome would be hugely appreciated.

I'm getting the same/similar behaviour in 8.1 which works fine in 6.0.
We are currently rolling over to 8.1, so I haven;'t had a chance to investigate deeper.

There seems to be an issue with buttons with processes in HTML forms and VP sections using the ENTER NEW function.

I'll dig a little deeper and report back.

I have managed to get around it Rennur.

Yes.... was working fine until V8.1

I was presenting the user with a confirmation dialog immediately after clicking the button on the Form and while the form was still open.
After the user answered the dialog then I would close the Form.

So, I tried actually closing the form first before presenting the Confirmation Dialog and it worked.

Mark was your initial 'Approve' button on the query 'Absence Applications Waiting for Approval' an EDIT button? If so, changing it to VIEW might also resolve this, that might allow you to keep the form open.

That button then displays the Form Presentation and the actual Approve button is on that presentation.

This FORCES the Approver to be actually be looking at the form to Approve rather than Tick & Flick.
