[SOLVED]v8.1 startProcessFromForm question

weblike

Hi,

Just upgraded from v7.1 to v8.1 build 2457:

In v7.1 -> inside form this worked ---> <button type="button" class="btn btn-danger" onClick="AwareApp.startProcessFromForm ('SendTaskCloseToCustomersQuestion','main', this, false)" title="Close task">Close Task</button>

In v8.1 this doesn't work anymore...
Am I missing something?

Thank you

You must be missing something. All of this should still work

Exactly that's was my first thought 🙂, but.....(exists a but):

I have 2 pc's: a)production server; b)testing 8.1 pc with new installation of Windows 10 64bit (no customization on Aware,Tomcat, Java, etc.

on this testing machine still the html "onclick" buttons does not work anymore.

Inspecting Javascript I see many errors like:

aware.js?V2457:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined
    at init.doAlignToBottom (aware.js?V2457:1)
    at aware.js?V2457:1
doAlignToBottom @ aware.js?V2457:1
(anonymous) @ aware.js?V2457:1

Thank you for your reply...

Support is right again 🙂

I had a bad html code in a custom query.
V8.1 seems more strict with this kind of stuff than older versions, good stuff...

thank you.
