I am on a Form, lets say PO_Header.
I am displaying a om_Items (Multiple) list using a Grid widget.
On that Grid, the ONLY Row Operation is DELETE OBJECT.
I click the button and get the normal msg (shown in pic).
This just started a few nights ago - maybe I accidentally put a checkmark somewhere.
You can see in the Pic, Its asking TWICE to confirm deletion of a row.
If I confirm both places, it properly deletes 1 of the rows in the grid. Doesn't touch the header rec (as it should).
