Takes to long to access

Hello.

I have been working fine but today, when I access the app, it takes too long to access. Once in, works fine. Anyone had the same problem before, and how was it fixed?

Did a backup, and optimezed the database.

It loads slow even working local

I have Windows server 2016, and Mysql server. AwareIM version 7.1

Today i had no time to enjoy the new launch of 8.1. All my apps worked very slowly and I don't know why because I didn't touched them for a while on production server.

Users called me that drop-downs are spinning and spinning until they open.
Only 16 concurrent users today. 🙁

Had some reports like this too.

I installed a windows update. Maybe that was it?

On my server nothing was installed and still.

How many concurrent users do you have on maximum load?

Around 10 at the most.

The server is Core i5 with 8GB RAM

But it was pretty good.

Now I have 2 servers with the same problem.

They are separete computers. Have them hosted on iweb.com Really strange.

Ok, It might be the web hosting provider. I changed the AwareIm Server port from 9000 to another port. Now works faster.

Never happend before.
