We would like to deploy User Defined Queries to allow users to define selection of object instances to export multiple User Defined Documents.
Simple example of application :
User creates a one off query to select People with Birthday this month. Selected People then passed to User Defined Document that is a “birthday card” containing text “Happy birthday <<Person.FirstName>>”.
I assume the solution is to create a process that “executes” a User Defined Query so the correct People are in context then do a EXPORT DOCUMENT or PRINT DOCUMENT of the User Defined Document. The bit I do not know about is the “execute” of the Use Defined Query.
My hunch is that you need to add the AwareIM option called User Defined Processes/Workflows to make this happen?
