Exception while exporting business space version

I am getting error while exporting business space, there is No issue on Integrity Check and I can publish BSV in localhost without any error.

But while exporting it throws error "Exception while exporting business space version Unable to find design of the document Splash"

Splash document is there, I tried deleting and copying from the older working version, still unable to export BSV.

I really appreciate any help.
Thanks

Re-import the document into the template, save and then try to publish.
